Powertrains: The standard powertrain for the new Pacifica is a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine with 287 horsepower that can tow up to 3,600 pounds. The Pacifica Hybrid, meanwhile, uses both a gas engine and electric motor to achieve a combined 82 mpge. These hybrid models have a combined 520 miles of range.
Drivetrains: The new Pacifica has a couple of powertrain options to consider. Front-wheel drive is standard for most models. However, a new all-wheel drive system is available as of 2021.
